Actuaries come from many different backgrounds. Therefore, this organization is open to all majors. Whether you are trying to figure out how to succeed as an actuary or are wondering if a career in actuarial science is right for you, this organization is here to help! Actuaries at UGA plans to host events where potential actuaries can connect with current actuaries, students who have already passed an exam, and other potential actuaries. Events to be hosted include Q & A panels, guest speaker presentations, case studies, and internships informational sessions.
