Climbing Club at UGA
About
Climbing Club at UGA is a student-led group focused on providing more opportunities to climb outside. Whether your goal is to learn a little more about climbing in the Southeast, go outside for the first time, or send a 5.12 route, you have a place here! We choose trips, clinics, and activities that encompass a broad range of skills, so everyone can focus on their goals and interests.
We participate in bouldering, top-rope, and sport climbing at a number of outdoor and indoor locations throughout the southeast, including Alabama, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Georgia. We also attend optional climbing competitions and stewardship events throughout the school year that we travel to and participate in. We accept people at all levels of experience!

We want to keep our GroupMe as an exclusive benefit for those who have paid dues, to get their money's worth; after joining the GroupMe, you will have a week to decide if you are interested in officially joining or not. If you have not paid dues by this time, you may be removed from the GroupMe.
